Clinical Assessment Fees

Comprehensive psychological evaluations are not only a significant investment in time, but also money. Let's come up with a solution together that works best for you. All costs will be explained upfront, allowing you to make informed decisions concerning your care. This is an investment of your time and money that may potentially begin the process of improving the quality of life for you or your loved ones. If any questions arise, please feel free to give our office a call at 972-966-1079. Every person is given a good faith estimate of testing costs prior to the evaluation in writing. Please discuss any questions with the office manager or billing specialist. We will file insurance claims for your evaluation, but everyone's policy is different, and we will call on your behalf to acquire pre-authorization.

Using your insurance and private pay evaluations

We are in-network with Aetna PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Humana/Tricare and others.

Educational evaluations start at $1,500.00 and include I.Q. and Achievement testing, testing for dyslexia, dysgraphia and other Specific Learning Disabilities. Educational evaluations are not covered by insurance. Forensic evaluations are done on a case by case basis at $150.00 an hour, and usually require 12-15 hours of testing depending on the case.
